After I clicked the order button, my card was charged the full price plus the $1.95 S&H and I hadn't even been sent the product yet!! Wasn't allowed to immediately cancel order. To get a refund, one has to get a RMA #, then they keep $10 of your money for restocking fee!

So out of the $70 I was charged, I will get maybe $59 back for item I never even opened! If they only did as they said they would and waited to charge my card after the month was up I would have no problem with this! 35b4138
